Sweet Escape[2] is the upcoming sequel to Prison of Plastic. It is guaranteed to be produced since Prison of Plastic Kickstarter reached the Stretch goal of $320K.[1] It will be the 4th Epithet Erased novel as well as the 4th novel chronologically.

The central plot will have Ramsey, Mera and Indus as the main party. The trio plan on breaking out of prison. Arnold, Bugsy and Molly are set to have small cameos as well.[3] The majority of it will be set in Deepwood Country.[4] The main antagonists will be Yoomtah and the unnamed cloaked Bliss Ocean member.[5]

- December 19, 2021 - On Stream Brendon Revealed the Book's sub title will likely be "Sweet Escape". The Plot will have Ramsey, Mera, and Indus as the main party with Yoomtah being the one of the main villains.[13]
- June 13, 2022 - On Twitter, He re-confirmed this as well as revealing The main antagonists will be Yoomtah and the unnamed cloaked Bliss Ocean member.[14]
- November 28, 2021 - Prison of Plastic's Sequel was added as stretch goal of $320K to the Prison of Plastic Kickstarter.[15]
- December 26, 2021 - The Prison of Plastic Kickstarter finished with Prison of Plastic's stretch goal of $320K being met.[16]
- May 30, 2021 - On Twitter, he announced that he won't begin working on it, and the rest of the Epithet Erased Novels, till Prison of Plastic goes to print.[17][18]
- August 12, 2022 - He further explained that, Mera Salamin, Indus Tarbella, Ramsey Murdoch, and Yoomtah will be major characters while, Molly Blyndeff, Giovanni Potage, Sylvester Ashling, Percival King, Phoenica Fleecity, Trixie Roughhouse, Zora Salazar, and Naven Nuknuk will be minor characters.[7]
- September 26, 2022 - Despite Dan Gansley being in the Anime Campaign episode the book is based on, he may be cut.[19]
- October 5, 2022 - On Twitter, it was revealed it will get an audiobook.[6]
- December 4, 2022 - In a promotional stream for Prison of Plastic it was revealed that if Dan Gansley makes the cut he will be played by Tom Laflin.[20]
- August 17, 2023 - In the The Art of Epithet Erased, some early concept art for California Slim was released, which was for this book.[10]
