Rhea Burtram, also known as rheasimone1, was the lead character designer, did the line art on portraits, and a pre-production artist on Epithet Erased. She is also the illustrator for Epithet TTRPG.

- Her favorite character design she made is Sylvester Ashling's. She also enjoyed designing Ramsey since his face lends himself to her favorite expressions.[25]
- Rhea Burtram regretted making her design so complex due to making here difficult to draw and having to fix others' mistaking when drawing her.[1]
- Giovanni is her favorite character to doodle but least favorite character to draw for the show.[2]
