Sweet Jazz City is the capital city of Taiga Country. It is a center for the arts and sciences with little regulation, but this also makes it a breeding ground for criminals. Sweet Jazz also hosts many first-rate businesses and shopping centers, making it very popular with rich elite socialites. Its white beaches also bring many beachgoers to the city.

Sweet Jazz City's diamond-white beaches are always filled with beachgoers, a majority being the elite socialites that inhabit the city. Dunce Cap Nudibranchs are commonly found washed ashore, to which it is common courtesy for beachgoers to bring them back to sea. Ship wreckage and jetsam can also be found amuck the beachfront. Molly Blyndeff, Trixie Roughouse, and Phoenica Fleecity found Rick Shades here after finding and helping funny-looking nudibranchs.
