Dunce Cap Nudibranchs are small sea creatures with powerful sunken cups that use random items as hats. They can wash up on shore, and it is common courtesy for beach-goers to pick and them up and toss them back into the ocean. Notably this was utilized by the Neo Trio for a game before finding Rick Shades beached while the Nudibranchs tried to use him as a hat.[5]

The people guarding the dye mines of northern Taiga Country would try to camouflage themselves against the tundra by wearing white. Then when they tried to steal territory from each other they would mark each other with black or dark brown dye, which were the cheapest. And when combined with the white clothing the black spots made them look like cows, thus being named: "cowboy".[6]

Laws[edit | edit source]
Propriety and Moral Futures Act (PAMFA)[edit | edit source]
This applies to any family that makes over a certain threshold of profit per year. Children of families that quality 's wealth are entirely separate from their parents' and have to live separately from ages 10-20. This allowance is distributed monthly and is decreased each year. It starts at an impressive rate but halves almost every year afterwards. Essentially decreasing till their allowance is what the Taiga Country's poverty line is. The idea is to teach wealthy kids what it is like to live with almost nothing so they are less likely to take advantage of the lower class. The wealthy kids' parents are allowed to live with their kids but if they do they are placed under the same restrictions the kids are, so often the parents place the kids under a separate caretaker.[10]
