Meryl is a Sweet Jazz City police officer. Not much is known about her, but she appears to be on good terms with Percival King.
History
At some point, Meryl bet Percival King $20 that Fred Donaldson would not crash his car again. She eventually lost after Fred wrecked his car in Redwood Run, prompting her to mention the bet.[1]
