Meryl is a Sweet Jazz City police officer, who owes Percival King a dollar.[1]
History
At some point, Meryl bet Percival King $20 that Fred Donaldson would not crash his car again. She eventually lost after Fred wrecked his car in Redwood Run, prompting her to mention the bet.[1]
