Bliss Ocean is a mundie terrorist group located within Sweet Jazz City. It is known to have a deep hatred against Inscribed. Likely due to its vendetta, the organization has an interest in the Arsene Amulet.

Bliss Ocean formed as a Mundie terrorist group to get rid of epithets for an equal society.[Citation Needed]
At some point, the Bliss Ocean Leader recruited Yoomtah as an errand girl and a Cloaked Member.[1][2]
The Bliss Ocean Leader found Zora Salazar, who he knew was using her skills to be a gun for hire. And after a one sided fight, he convinces her to join Bliss Ocean. She now finally has equals and a reason for fighting.[1] She would later become #3 in the organization.[2]
"Museum Arc"[edit | edit source]
Yoomtah texts the Leader on her phone explaining that she could not retrieve the Arsene Amulet because of Giovanni's Banzai Team and Mera Salamin (and Indus Tarbella) vying for the amulet. They decide to send Zora Salazar after the Giovanni Potage, the one who ended up withy the amulet..[3]

Zora chases after the amulet, before losing a duel against Percy and Ramsey.[4][5] They then conduct a meeting when she returns.[2]
