Development
Concept and Creation
The concept of "epithets" were originally introduced in Brendan's Roll20 Tabletop RPG campaign Anime Campaign, and since he liked the concept so much, he decided to carry over many of the elements and characters to Epithet Erased with slight changes.

- The original series' name was going to be Sugar Cookie Jazz[1].
- There is a possibly for an Indiegogo opening for Season 2 onward.[2]
- Epithet’s world doesn’t speak English. It speaks a sort of magic Esperanto-type language that combined all the languages that used to exist in the Epithet world into one, so there are way more words than just for one language.[3]
- At least one character that is planned will discover their epithet mid-series.[4]
- At least one character that we have met so far has unlocked their epithet using an Epitome.[5]
- Plasterbrain will eventually release the entire Epithet Erased OST.[6]
