The Bliss Ocean Leader is the head of Bliss Ocean.

The Bliss Ocean Leader found Zora Salazar, who he knew was using her skills to be a gun for hire. Their meeting eventually turned into a duel, in which the Leader overpowered her. Afterward, he convinced her to join Bliss Ocean.[2]
"Museum Arc"[edit | edit source]
The Leader would send Yoomtah on a mission to retrieve the Arsene Amulet from the Sweet Jazz City Museum. Later, Yoomtah would update him that Giovanni Potage had grabbed it in the chaos of multiple parties also attempting to steal it that night. In turn, the Leader decided he would send Zora Salazar after it.[3]
"Western Arc"[edit | edit source]
The Leader led a meeting after Zora's return from Redwood Run over her attempt to retrieve the Arsene Amulet.[4]
Trivia[edit | edit source]
- The Leader appears to have a kaleidescope theme. In every one of his appearances, he has kaleidescope eyes. These include "Winner Take All" and the Great at Cowboy Extended Artwork. In addition, in "Reflection" his mobile profile picture uses a kaleidescope background when texting with Yoomtah.
