He sent out a call that was picked up by Percy that the 'Donaldson kid' needs to be picked up from Redwood Run as he crashed again and the tolling companies have all blacklisted him.[2]

He appears to be a responsible individual, radioing out calls but also willing to joke around with Percival King a little.
