History
Past
The Bliss Ocean Leader traced down Zora Salazar, who he knew was using her skills to be a gun for hire. And after a one sided fight, she convinced her to join Bliss Ocean now finally having equals and a reason for fighting.[2]
"Museum Arc"
The Leader would send Yoomtah on a mission to retrieve the Arsene Amulet from the Sweet Jazz City Museum. Being informed afterwards, that Giovanni Potage had grabbed it due to the chaos of multiple groups attempting to steal it. The Leader decided he should send Zora after it.[3]
"Western Arc"
The Leader led a meeting after Zora's return from Redwood Run, after tracking Giovanni there, and failure to retrieve the Arsene Amulet.[4]
