Howdy Morning's Tavern

A tavern run by Howdy Morning in Redwood Run. it serves Spell Em' Up soup. It was the place of a battle between a group of Banzai Blasters led by Arnold Markdown and Bugsy Pugsler Vs. Ramsey, Percy, Howdy, and Giovanni.
