Bliss Ocean is a mundie terrorist group located within Sweet Jazz City. They’re known to have a deep hatred for people with epithet powers. The organization has an interest in the Arsene Amulet. The reason is currently unknown but is likely something to do with their hatred of epithets

Yoomtah Zing texts on someone on her phone explaining the recent events and how she failed to retrieve the amulet. Prompting them to send Zora Salazar after the amulet.[2]
