Bugsy Pugsler is a snooty Banzai Vice Principal in the criminal organization known as the Banzai Blasters, who was paired with Arnold Markdown to raid the small backwoods town of Redwood Run.
Bugsy's epithet, "Bellybutton", allows him to launch randomized attacks after eating enough food.

Bugsy is an arrogant and demanding jerk who looks down on his underlings, and also very self-centred, willing to ditch his partner Arnold to save his own hide. He is also capricious, refusing to hand over the Arsene Amulet to Zora Salazar and whines like a spoiled child.

Abilities
Epithet: Bellybutton
Bugsy is able to eat nearly anything (so long as it isn't too hot). After he eats something, his belly inflates and his bellybutton pokes out. He can press his bellybutton inward to spit out a random attack at his opponents. Bugsy claims that the quality of his food determines the quality of his attack.
- Ice Blast: He can belch up an ice shard to freeze his enemy.
- Rubber Duckies: He can cough up a bunch of rubber ducks, which do no damage.

- On Twitter Jello said, "I get the impression that Bugsy is the black sheep of some Old Money family and he basically bought his way to Banzai Vice-Principal with embarassing amounts of cash over the years."[1]
