Percival King is a young police detective. She spearheads the investigation over the Arsene Amulet burglary, which leads her to the backwater town of Redwood Run.

Her epithet, "Parapet", instantly creates miniature buildings that produce a variety of different effects.

Percy has a very strict moral code as a police officer and values order and safety.

She claims that she is a vegan.
