The Bliss Ocean Leader is the head of Bliss Ocean.
History
Past
The Bliss Ocean Leader found Zora Salazar, who he knew was using her skills to be a gun for hire. Their meeting eventually turned into a duel, in which the Leader overpowered her. Afterward, he convinced her to join Bliss Ocean.[2]
"Museum Arc"
The Leader would send Yoomtah on a mission to retrieve the Arsene Amulet from the Sweet Jazz City Museum. Being informed afterwards that Giovanni Potage had grabbed it due to the chaos of multiple parties also attempting to steal it, the Leader decided he should send Zora Salazar after it.[3]
"Western Arc"
The Leader led a meeting after Zora's return from Redwood Run over her failure to retrieve the Arsene Amulet.[4]
Trivia
