Bliss Ocean Leader is the leader of Bliss Ocean.
History
"Museum Arc"
The Leader would send Yoomtah on a mission to retrieve the Arsene Amulet from the Sweet Jazz City Museum. Being informed afterwards, that Giovanni Potage had grabbed it due to the chaos of multiple groups attempting to steal it. The Leader decided he should send Zora after it.[2]
"Redwood Run Arc"
The Leader led a meeting after Zora's return from Redwood Run, after tracking Giovanni there, and failure to retrieve the Arsene Amulet.[3]
