She's a member of Bliss Ocean and is the errand girl for the terrorist organization. She seems to have a childlike personality and is always keeping watch of certain people. This is more evident when she takes pictures of Giovanni Potage, causing Bliss Ocean to send Zora Salazar to retrieve it.
