Howie Honeyglow is a Mundie construction worker who has a strained history with Percy. However, there are some strange things about him that call into question his true identity.
Abilities
Despite his status as a Mundie, Howie is the second most powerful character in the series so far (having a maxed Stamina of 15 and a very high Proficiency of 12), beaten only by Zora Salazar. This, combined with his immense speed and strength, makes Howie an incredibly strong and effective construction worker. - Howie's favorite snack is a Honey Snack which is a hexagon screw shaped treat cover in honey. He is always brimming with joy when he mentions it.
