- On Twitter, it was revealed that Bugsy was originally going to curl into a ball 'like sonic' but it was cut for being too hard to animate on flat backgrounds.[1]
Dan Gansley
- Dan Gansley was originally going to be in Epithet Erased, as one of Mera's minions. He would have fought Trixie and Pheonica who were also in that version.[2]
- Originally the first arc was set in a tournament arc setting, like the Anime Campaign episode, instead he changed the setting to a museum and writing it from scratch.[3]
- Originally Molly and Giovanni were enemies instead of Friends.[4]
- In that tournament arc setting, the tournament was run by Mera, coerces Molly to join and rigs it to so she wins since she gets to rig the winner's epithet.[5]
- In one version of the script Dan Gansley gave the "epithet speech" instead of Mera.[6]
- Dan Gansley's epithet was "Bet".[7]
- Dan Gansley had Mera take this epithet to help him with his gambling addiction.[8]
- Dan never made it into Episode 4[9]
