Star Bite 1

Star Bite #1 is the first chapter of the web anthlogy Epithet Star Bites. It is a sequel to Prison of Plastic.

What Phoenica and Trixie get up to after the ending of "Prison of Plastic".

Following the events of Prison of Plastic, Phoenica Fleecity and Trixie Roughhouse have been searching the nieghborhood for Molly Blyndeff for the better part of an hour, during which they decided to go to the The Juice Joint. When they arrive in the "bad part of town". Trixie attempts to a cool one-liner mutiple times, Pheonica responded weakly not thinking it was the time for one-liners. Then the two spot their joint, a seven to seventeen bar for trouble makers.

While normally Pheonica wouldn't aporach the place, but the past rough week made her break that belief, leaving the bike aganist a telephone pole, naively leaving it unprotected, and going inside. Trixie looks for her, spotting a hoard of young bystanders around the bike debating if it was a real stealable bike or some kind of trap or sting operation. Trixie picks up the bike and carried it through the bikestanders and apporchs the joint. The bouncher, Brick Hamshunkle, stops her and tells her he wants no trouble, reminding Trixie that the Roughhouse family has been so destructive to the bussiness that the entire family is banned for life. Reminding Trixie, that, since she was 5-year-old, she always wanted to work as a bartender here serving potions but never got the chance to even attend before she was banned due to the premptive family mandate.

Trixie explained to him her friend is in and the bouncer was suspicous and pointed out she ordered three drinks. Trixie thought with venom at the unfairness of her getting in and not her before reining herself in because it wasn't Pheonica's fault. Trixie said she won't be in there long before pushing the bike into his hands and telling him to hold it. Trixie swiftly went inside and pulled up her hood. She scanned the bar and spotted the wanted posters of her siblings, including her twin brother Rex Roughhouse who, like her, had never been inside. She hoped get the chance to correct this unfairness by ripping it down.

She then Pheonica asking the bartender for another bubble water. Trixie noticed the minor details indicting her emotional crisis so Trixie appeared beside her, asking her what she was doing here. This spooked her before she regained her composure and whisper-asks about that she shouldn't be. Trixie lied that she is and then points out that she isn't answering her texts.

"You see, the trick of this challenge is figuring out what to do with an incomplete recipe."

This is chapter is presumably Canon, making it the first canon Star Bite.
This chapter is 4 pages long, despite StarBites being stated to be 1-2 pages.^{[Citation Needed]} This could be due to how the pages were cropped for its releae.
