Bugsy Pugsler is a Banzai Vice Principal who was paired with Arnold Markdown to raid the small backwoods town of Redwood Run.
Bugsy's epithet, "Bellybutton", lets him spit up a random projectile whenever he presses his bellybutton after eating.
