Because of allowing his contestants to win, his opponents in the arena would normally become his friends. The Colosseum, an Ocean Country construct, was used by He Who Hungers Endlessly to imprison the Harvested, wizards and witches he kidnapped whose powers had grown strong enough to provoke his attention, and have them duel amongst one another. Eventually, after a combatant become powerful enough to again catch the Supreme Leader's eye, He Who Hungers Endlessly would use the Colosseum to fight against them personally and expand his epithet's Proficiency.
