Ztreet Smartz for Kidz, or simply Ztreet Smartz, is a educational show aimed at kids on how to survive dangerous encounter and to give life advice.
Content
It gave basic life advice like: “Don’t climb into the trunk of a car,” “Don’t eat garbage,” “Don't talk to strangers,” and it said you could ask for directions if you were lost. It also said that if you were ever threatened you on the street, the best thing to do was to pretend you had an epithet, especially if you were a mundie. It was common knowledge. An epithet was a wild card in any battle. The word alone was often enough to throw an assailant off their rhythm.[1] And that revenge was bad.[2]
History
Past
30+ years ago, before mobile cell phones, Ztreet Smartz for Kidz began airing, an educational show that gave very basic life advice. In present day VHSs of it would be played in school.[1] It would also still be played in present day at four as a part of 4 o'clock specials.[2]
Prison of Plastic
First Molly Blyndeff tried using its advice to locate her friends but failed because of her social anxiety and looking for a person not a place. She recalled it later as another piece of advice of it was used by Wolf.[1] It would be mentioned by Giovanni Potage the same day countering its point about revenge, saying that it is actually awesome.[2] Ztreet Smartz' advice had made Molly hesitant about trusting Rick Shades and tried to use it as a reason her friends shouldn't either.[3]
