Howdy Morning is the bartender in Redwood Run. He owns a cat, and a gun that fires Spell 'Em Up Soup.
Personality
Howdy Morning is erratic, unpredictable, and an honest-to-god loon. He has terrible memory, terrible (if not nonfunctional) senses, and is very prone to violence. The only thing he seems to have adept memory of is the food specials at his bar.

Past
At some point in his past he partook in a government experiment. He lived in the woods before the tavern was built around him.
