Gorou Shimizaki is the incompetent sheriff of Redwood Run.
His epithet, "Bluster", allows him to blow very slightly harder than average blowing.
Personality
Gorou is laidback and friendly, always welcoming visitors to the town. Nonetheless, he is also awfully inept as a sheriff, since he hands out guns to everyone without thinking about the potential consequences.
