Bugsy Pugsler is a snooty Banzai Vice Principal in the criminal organization known as the Banzai Blasters, who was paired with Arnold Markdown to raid the small backwoods town of Redwood Run.

Bugsy's epithet, "Bellybutton", lets him spit up a random projectile whenever he presses his bellybutton after eating.

Personality

Bugsy is an arrogant and demanding jerk. He is also capricious, refusing to hand over the Arsene Amulet.

Abilities

Epithet: Bellybutton

Ice Blast: One of Bugsy's random attacks after pressing his bellybutton. He can belch up an ice shard to freeze his enemy.
Rubber Duckies: One of Bugsy's random attacks after pressing his bellybutton. He can cough up a bunch of rubber ducks, which do no damage.
