Bugsy Pugsler is a snooty Banzai Vice Principal who was paired with Arnold Markdown to raid the small backwoods town of Redwood Run.

Bugsy's epithet, "Bellybutton", lets him spit up a random projectile whenever he presses his bellybutton after eating.

Bugsy is an arrogant and demanding jerk. He is also capricious, refusing to hand over the Arsene Amulet.

Ice Blast: One of Bugsy's random attacks after pressing his bellybutton he can belch up an ice shared to freeze his enemy.
Rubber Duckies: One of Bugsy's random attacks after pressing his bellybutton he can cough up a bunch of rubber ducks which does no damage.
