Phoenica Fleecity XIV also known as Tango Fleecity is a pilot and Phoenica Fleecity XV's mother. She died in a car crash.

Past
Being born into the Fleecity Family she was very well off but burdened with the knowledge of someday going to have to face the Songstress.[1]
She would become a pilot[2] and meet her husband before having a daughter with him,[3] nicknaming her "Feenie".[4]
She would die in a car crash, leaving the burden of facing the Songstress to her daughter.[1]
