Jello has stated himself Giovanni is cis, but if you want to headcanon him as trans.. uh. Just do it wisely, okay? Don't headcanon him as trans just because he's feminine. Do it because! Maybe your trans and wanna self-project, or something? Or some reasoning that isn't the sole purpose he's feminine.
