Phoenica Fleecity XIV, also known as Tango Fleecity, was a pilot and Phoenica Fleecity XV's mother. She died in a car crash.

Past[edit | edit source]
Being born into the Fleecity Family, Tango was very well off but burdened with the knowledge of someday having to face the Songstress.[1]
She would become a pilot[2] and meet her husband before having a daughter with him,[3] nicknaming her "Feenie".[4]
She would die in a car crash. Leaving the burden of facing the Songstress to her daughter.[1]
Legacy[edit | edit source]
Being overwelmed by the burden, Feenie met with the young medium Trixie Roughhouse. They tried their best to contact Tango's Ghost, although they were unable to. Despite this, Feenie, Trixie, and another girl ended up being best friends starting from this meeting.[1] Additionally, Feenie was able to use the fact that her parents created her nickname to gain an advantage over the Spelling Bee.[4]
