Percival is a fairly tall, freckled woman with short, blonde hair that sticks up and out slightly with a spiky texture; her eyebrows are similarly spiky and bushy. She is always seen with her police uniform and badge on. The uniform has a blue collared shirt and gold shoulder tassels, a black tie with gold, brick-shaped patterns, and long, thick white gloves that run halfway up her lower arm and are adorned with a golden star on the back of each hand. At her side, she carries a “real ass goddamn sword” strapped on with a black “scabbard” that has no visual cover or connection for the sword and only wraps around her lower torso. Her pants are long and plain black with the exception of some gold details at the ends. She wears sturdy, brown police-issued shoes.

Percy and other officers enter the Museum through the main entrance. She orders them to split into groups of three and search the building. Before the officers can execute the order, [[Indus Tarbella]] bursts through the wall, carrying an Apatosaurus skull. Percy responds by reporting that the suspect is in possession of a sauropod, Brachiusaurus, or Apatosaurus, requesting backup.

While searching the building, Percy and two other officers break through one of the walls into a warehouse. There, she sees a defeated [[Mera Salamin]] with Giovanni, Molly, and [[Sylvester Ashling]] standing over her. Seeing that Giovanni and his [[Giovanni's Villain Group | minions]] are members of the [[Banzai Blasters]], she steps in front of the other two officers and draws her sword. Seeing the fear in the Banzai Blasters members' eyes, Percy reveals that they've already captured several, pointing to the bound [[Flamethrower]], [[Ben]], [[Car Crash | Fred Donaldson]]. She then asks if Sylvie and Molly are also members of the gang. When Giovanni claims they're his hostages, Percy sheaths her sword, not wanting to hurt Molly and Sylvie. However, she is surprised by Giovanni's words about not wanting to hurt them through the fog, as there was no fog in the room. Giovanni's words quickly catch up to her as he uses his epithet, creating fog and escaping with all the members of his group. Percy remains disoriented for a moment, but she regains her composure and orders the two officers nearby to immediately split up and find the fugitives while she deals with the civilians. She also wonder who Bear Trap is (Molly Blyndeff nickname given by Giovanni) which was farewell by Giovanni.

Percy leaves the museum with Sylvie and Molly, and after other officers secure the museum, Percy stands with Molly, reassuring her that Sylvie, who is being carried out on a stretcher, will be okay due to his injuries. She also mentions that they haven't been able to contact [[Martin Blyndeff | Molly's father]]. As Molly approaches Mera and Indus, handcuffed and sitting in a police car, Percy warns her that they still could be dangerous despite [[Eraser Cuffs]]. She watches Molly as she, as an act of mercy, momentarily soothes Mera's pain with an epithet. After this, as the police car with the accused drives away, Percy agrees to take Molly home. As Percy drives Molly home, she bids her a polite farewell. After Molly enters the house, Percy drives away.

The two end up to be a rather good team, however, Percy is still rather ignorant of Ramsey's health and safety. Upon realized he has been a criminal who has been reported on multiple forgery cases and witnessing his epithet, Percy is displeased with him lying and proceeds to arrest him, but still convinces him to use his appraising skills for the law force if he has a chance in order to allow him to make up for his past crimes, even promising him to give him a comfortable stay in jail.

'''Giovanni Potage''' is a former Banzai Captain of the [[Banzai Blasters]], who broke into the [[Sweet Jazz City Museum]] with the rest of [[Giovanni's Banzai Team|his team]] while having no real goal other than "stealing artifacts". He was defeated and captured by [[Mera Salamin]] and [[Indus Tarbella]] but would eventually defeat them with his new-found friend and minion, [[Molly Blyndeff]], as well as acquiring the powerful [[Epithet]]-stealing [[Arsene Amulet]].

A few days later, he went to [[Redwood Run]] to get the amulet appraised by [[Ramsey Murdoch]], learning its true value before it was stolen from him by [[Bugsy Pugsler]] and [[Arnold Markdown]]. This ruined his trust in the Banzai Blasters, vowing to form his own villain group. He also got caught up in a bar brawl where he managed to get some revenge on the two but also accidentally revealed his name to the cop, [[Percival King]]. Afterward, he went into hiding as the [[Sweet Jazz Police Department]] was after him.

Later, he adopted a new villain persona, '''Vincent Murder''' and called a meeting with the same minions to officially form their new [[Giovanni's Villain Group|villain group]]. Realizing that none of them would be available for his upcoming mission, he visited Molly to announce this all to her. However, he ended up being dragged into Molly's sister, [[Lorelai Blyndeff|Lorelai's]], Dream Bubble. He attempted to befriend her and recruit her as a minion. But, when he learned of her true nature, he helped Molly defeat her before "kidnapping" Molly so she would have a much happier life.

His Epithet, [[Soup|★Soup★]], allows him to create soup. He manages to make the power useful through his immense creativity. Giovanni is a tall lanky young man with white skin and pink hair. His outfit as a [[Banzai Captain]] is a yellow suit with the Banzai "B" shown askew and resembling a "W". He wears a red cape tied at the neck and spiky yellow shoulder pads with white rims. His yellow top is buttoned not down the middle, but crossing over to his left side. He wears yellow gloves with red and white pads and four spikes on each hand. He has on white boots with red accents and soles. He also does not wear a helmet or face covering of any kind unlike his [[Giovanni's Villain Group|minions]].

His new villain outfit includes a matching orange and black skirt with a cape. Black leggings, an orange shirt, a black catcher's mask with an orange visor, and white boots are all focal points. He has cupholder cauldrons perfect for storing soup. He is also wearing black armor with a white 'X' in the middle and white knee pads. His whole costume is covered in flame decals. He wears black gloves with fin like spikes on the wrists. The text of Prison of plastic states that he has black fingerless gloves with black nail polish but this is not shown in the artwork.

When in casual clothes, he wears a dark pink jacket with a fluffy white hood and jeans, alongside black nail polish on occasion. He also wears dark boots with white laces.

Giovanni is a very ambitious troublemaker who loves baseball, robots, and anything edgy. He has dreams of one day becoming the greatest supervillain of all time.

Giovanni usually ''tries'' to look cool and menacing (when it just comes off as pathetic). This was shown when he attempts to knock over a potted plant to prove that he is a "Certified Bad Dude™" and fails.<ref name="EP1"></ref>

Giovanni believes that his [[Epithet]] [[Soup|★Soup★]] doesn't sound cool or threatening at all, and may even be embarrassed by it, so he tries to make his attacks sound cooler by calling scalding soup "lava" or steam "demon energy".

Despite being one of the "bad guys", he seems to have a secret soft side as he is shown to care deeply about every one of his minions, even if he's willing to mess with them at times. He has sworn to never abuse his authority or steal his minions' hard labor and goes so far as to quit the [[Banzai Blasters]] entirely when convinced that the only way to get ahead is to do so.

He appears to have had a strange idea of what being a Banzai Blaster meant in the first place, as despite it being a blatantly corrupt pyramid scheme, he believed it was a place for youths to channel their energy positively through crime. When his team hadn't been given a leader due to not being deemed worthwhile, Giovanni displayed leadership skills and organized activities and crimes for the group, allowing them to grow closer, inadvertently winning him their loyalty. When he quit, his Boys were more than happy to join him, despite Giovanni's complete lack of planning.

He's very emotional as he cries very easily and has quite a temper.

Giovanni was driven to Redwood Run by one of his minions, [[Car Crash]] (Fred). During the ride, Giovanni complained about his [[Rhonda Potage|mother]] not wanting to lend him the car because it was yoga night. When they got there, Giovanni got out of the car and arranged to meet Car Crash at that location in a few hours. 

Giovanni walked around Redwood Run looking for the building with the metal roof that Ramsey had mentioned. When he finally found it, he entered after a moment of hesitation after seeing that it was the sheriff's office. Meeting Ramsey in custody, Giovanni was surprised to see him there and disgusted by his face. However, Ramsey explained to him that it was like a vacation for him. Giovanni then showed Ramsey the Arsene Amulet, saying that it could be used to take other people's epithets. When asked to give Ramsey the amulet, Giovanni was unconvinced and refused to do so. However, after Ramsey showed him his epithet, Goldbricker, Giovanni gave him the amulet. Ramsey examined the amulet and told Giovanni that the amulet was worth a million, but he could get twice that by giving it to the [[Bliss Ocean]] organization. Giovanni decided to give it to the Banzai Blasters in order to gain a promotion and be closer to his goal of being the greatest villain of all time. 

After leaving the sheriff's office, Giovanni runs into [[Bugsy Pugsler]] and [[Arnold Markdown]]. They are revealed to be higher ranking than Giovanni, being Banzai Vice Principals. They then use their minions to take the amulet from Giovanni. After this, Giovanni is devastated to see his chance at promotion gone. He tells them that he doesn't need the Banzai Blasters and will become the most powerful villain of all time. After saying this, he enters the bar, stating that his transport won't be here for a few hours. 

As he sits in a bar, still devastated by the loss of the amulet, [[Percival King]] enters the bar looking for him with Ramsey. When she spots him, she approaches Giovanni, telling him he's under arrest. Giovanni is nowhere to be seen until the bartender charges Bugsy's attack. Giovanni stands on the table behind Bugsy and uses his epithet, soup, to heat the soup in Bugsy's mouth, thwarting his attack. Giovanni then punches Bugsy and stands on the table above him. He mocks Arnold and Bugsy while accidentally revealing that his name is Giovanni Potage, which Percy notes. Then, when Arnold tries to use his epithet via coupons, Giovanni pours soup on them, mocking him again. He then runs out of the bar, running into the sheriff in the doorway. He politely apologizes to him for running into him and after an equally polite response from the sheriff, he runs out of the bar. 

After leaving the bar, Giovanni heads to the spot where Car Crash left him. He is surprised and upset to find that Car Crash has crashed his car. At first, he tells him that he is worried about him and that Car Crash may have astigmatism. He then worries and ponders what to do, realizing his situation and the fact that Percy knows his name. After that, Giovanni's prime instinct when it came to Sylvie was to protect Molly from him and he wanted nothing more than to knock Sylvie on his backside. After defeating him in battle, he took delight in rubbing it in Sylvie's face but did not appreciate the remarks he made towards him and Molly, to say the least. He wanted to hit him with his Soul Slugger Doom Bat of Maximum Destruction, and if it wasn't for Molly's kindness and wisdom, he would have done just that. He reluctantly agrees to let Sylvie join the [[Banzai Blasters]] but only because he sees Molly is right about them needing to team up if they want to defeat [[Mera]]. Only to be irritated by Sylvie even further when he outright refuses to do such a thing, laughs at the idea, and scoffs at Giovanni for assuming he would follow him because, in his words, Giovanni is weaker than he is. They team up all the same, though albeit, very reluctantly. Giovanni and Sylvie's alliance is an unstable one as they dislike each other a great deal and have absolutely no respect for each other whatsoever. With Giovanni mocking and berating Sylvie at every opportunity, Sylvie gets more and more irritated with him as each moment passes. Giovanni is likely holding a grudge against Sylvie; still angry with him for attacking him and Molly and scaring Molly to the point of tears. If he is still upset, he likely won't let it go until he hears Sylvie apologize for his actions. Giovanni has previously referred to Sylvie by insulting nicknames such as Four-Eyes and Dork.

While Giovanni was consistently friendly with Lorelai, he was also disgusted by her bullying (especially of Molly) and how she lied and cheated to attempt to win a challenge to bake cookies. Despite Lorelai's faults and past actions, Giovanni still gave Lorelai his phone number (albeit under his real name, which initially confused her). Despite this, he still calls her by her fake name, the Harridan or HAREidan as she puts it. They are on good terms, but not quite friends as she still needs to learn sportsmanship, continuing and coping after failure, and how to be a minion. His relationship with Lorelai shows that he mostly wants his friends, flare, and fortitude in his morals rather than to do horrible deeds.
