Cinnamon Josh is the inscribed mime thief responsible for creating the [[Arsene Amulet]].

==Appearance==
Despite Cinnamon Josh's name, Cinnamon Josh is a mime who wears a monotone outfit. They wear a brown and white striped shirt reminiscent of a burglar or cat. They also wear white belts around their waist and a brown belt adorned with many buckles flows from their side invoking imagery of a striped cat tail. The most noticeable splash of color in Cinnamon Josh's outfit is a pair of reddish orange feathers placed atop their hat. These feathers look like cat ears. Cinnamon Josh has two white gloves with hearts on them. These gloves have flared cuffs that extend about the same amount as Cinnamon Josh's hands. Cinnamon Josh wears basic brown pants with white boots adorned with a heart and diamond symbol. Cinnamon Josh wears a golden necklace with a green diamond at the end. This is reminiscent of the [[Arsene Amulet]] but distinctly lacks the heart shape of the gem and the cat designs of the amulet. Cinnamon Josh wears a cape.<ref name="DesignStream">[[Epithet TTRPG Design Stream]] </ref>

==Personality==
Cinnamon Josh is a trickster, but a good sport. Cinnamon Josh aims to have a good time and cause a ruckus.<ref name="DesignStream"/>

They often perform skits and gags whilst sacrificing objects of incredible importance to do so. Cinnamon Josh has been said to be a "Gentleman Thief". This means Cinnamon Josh is sophisticated and charming. Cinnamon Josh does not speak with a unique voice, but mimics the voices of those around them.<ref name="DesignStream"/>

They are willing to steal items of immense value to continue their theming of a magical mime, often sacrificing priceless artifacts to do elevator gags. They seem to be at some level unable to understand the value of objects as they sacrifice fortunes to the ether just for a bit or joke. This is likely a result of their zany personality.<ref name="DesignStream"/>

An older Cinnamon Josh breaks into a aristocrat's penthouse mini golf course in [[Longshot]]. A group of [[Whims]] break in to retrieve the jade cactus that was stolen from them. Once they arrive, Cinnamon Josh is nine holes into their game of mini golf. The Whims fight their way through glass walls, magic walls, lasers, and splinters in an attempt to best Cinnamon Josh at mini golf. They must best Cinnamon Josh at mini golf to retrieve the jade cactus.<ref name="DesignStream"/> The Whims are likely successful, possibly leading to the only known case of Cinnamon Josh failing a heist.

====Creation of the Arsene Amulet and Death====
Cinnamon Josh was about seventy years old and utterly alone when they decide to make the [[Arsene Amulet]]. They had no one that could be their successors, but they desperately want their [[epithet]] to live on. So, Cinnamon Josh made the Arsene Amulet to keep their epithet alive.<ref name="DesignStream"/> About 60-65 years prior to the [[Western Arc]] they created the Arsene Amulet embuing it with the power to steal epithets.<ref name="EP5">[[Epithet Erased]] | [[Redwood Run (Episode)|EP5 - Redwood Run]]</ref> At some point later they died

Despite Cinnamon Josh having been seemingly largely forgotten, their creation of the [[Arsene Amulet]] affected the world greatly. ==Plot==

In the [[Sweet Jazz City Museum]] back room, [[Molly Blyndeff]] asks what [[Mera Salamin]] meant by "rob this museum" since they are security guards. Mera responds saying that she and [[Indus Tarbella]] being a security guards was a cover. Molly realizes that is why their tour was so bad. Mera is offended by this, saying she didn't try because there was no reason to. Molly points out that Indus was trying, Indus is glad that he was right that kids can tell the difference and us even happier when he find out he got four stars, telling Mera how her biggest problem is she doesn't engage enough. Mera counters that they don't need to be engaging, they need find the amulet and steal Molly's [[Epithet]].

Giovanni begins sobbing over his minions, [[Spike]], [[Crusher]], and [[Dark Star]], that were defeated by Indus and Mera [[Quiet in the Museum!|a few minutes ago]]. Mera says it is impressive he managed to survive their duel tech, '''[[Mera Salamin#Unique Abilities|Scatt]][[Indus Tarbella#Unique Abilites|ergun]]''', before telling Indus to imprison them in the Dinosaur Exhibit. At first, he is excited since he loves dinosaurs, but as as is about to so, he realizes that then there would be no one to protect to Mera. Mera responds saying that [[Giovanni's Villain Group|Giovanni's Blasters]] were weak enough to beat without any effort, which Giovanni retorts at by saying his Blasters are very strong and evil because they can loiter. Mera scoffs and asks how it's dangerous, with Giovanni says you can do it in front of a truck.

Indus locks Giovanni and Molly, as well as the unconscious [[Dark Star]], [[Crusher]], and [[Spike]], behind one of his signature barriers. Afterwards, he wanders off to read about dinosaurs from the Museum's exhibit. Molly sits on the minions as Giovanni yells at Indus, pointing out how he could have trapped them inside the dinosaur bones, like he describe in last will and testament. He tried to brag to Molly he did this because his life is dangerous but in response Molly explained she wrote hers since you or a loved one could die at any moment, bumming Giovanni out. Indus notices the Apatosaurus, and expresses his admiration for it since if his neck was that long him and Mera could never get lost.

Giovanni tried to convince Molly that they should escape since Mera wants to steal their epithets. Molly tried to downplay the situation, explaining that she doesn't ''really'' need her epithet and Mera seems like she wants it. Giovanni yelled at her, explaining that her wanting it was a dumb reason to give it up and that her powers are awesome. He points out that it was able to negate one of his attacks with his :"Soul Slugger Doom Bat of Maximum Destruction", but it ''obviously'' would've done more damage at full power.

Molly points out that they really strong despite this and Giovanni says they must be for them to take down his minions. However, Molly points out his minions were bad. Giovanni yells out that his minions are trying their best, though he realizes that she makes a good point, without minions he might not be able to defeat him. Deciding that Molly is should be his minion. He asks her name and she says it is "Molly". Giovanni thought this name sounded lame so he combined her being quiet and her affinity for bears to form her new alias: Bear Trap.

Molly accepted her role and Giovanni explained that she was to listen to him as if he were a retail store manager, Molly understanding immediately. Tasked with trying to come up with a way out, Molly called over to Indus and asked if Mera is his boss. Indus explained that Mera is his master, as after he was defeated by Mera years ago, he started following her teachings. These "teachings" are actually chores disguised as training, noting that he has not yet mastered doing his taxes, which Molly relates to. Giovanni pretends to know what they are talking about as Indus continues to explain that he is her bodyguard.

Molly managed to use this to explain he should give her a favor for protecting his master from Giovanni's attack [[Quiet in the Museum!|earlier]]. Indus agrees but has second thoughts when Molly revealed she wants him to free them, causing her to back off. Giovanni is annoyed she gave up despite almost having him so he tells Indus that a "really dangerous thing" is going to attack her so he should go help her. Indus asks what it is The only thing Giovanni can think of is quicksand so Molly interjects that it is "lots of minions". Giovanni says he has 10 but Molly elbows him changing it to 10 hundred. Indus is instantly concerned she won't be able to defeat them all but Giovanni points out that they gave them a tip for free, making two favors, arguing that two favors is worth more than one order. Indus lowers the barriers before grabbing them and leaving them on the ground as he runs to save Mera.

Molly says she feels bad about lying but Giovanni assures who bad guys shouldn't feel bad about lying, so Molly asks for his phone, lying that it is to order a pizza but it is actually to call the [[Sweet Jazz Police Department|police]]. Giovanni stops her and explains they can't do that since they are criminals. Molly argues she has not anything bad yet so he counters that she just broke out of jail, This causes Molly to freak out. while Giovanni thinks aloud about how if they want the amulet it's probably wroth a lot of money, hoping to turn it in to the [[Banzai Blasters]] for a promotion. Molly quips that its good to have the option of upward mobility in a company. Giovanni is confused by this but decides they need a secret base before they can make a plan to rescue his minions and get the amulet. Molly asks why they can't just rescue them now but Giovanni explains they are too heavy to carry.

Meanwhile, Indus runs back to Mera still under the impression that more Banzai Blasters will be arriving soon. Mera is outraged at Indus' disobedience to her direct orders, and expresses frustration at the fact that she doesn't even know where the Arsene Amulet is. One of the kids at the museum, [[Sylvester Ashling|Sylvester]], shows up and requests to see the Arsene Amulet after using his Epithet on Indus, unaware that she's not really a museum tour guide. She tells him that she has yet to find it, but that if she can find it, she'll let him see it in exchange for having him deal with Giovanni and Molly.

Giovanni and Molly wander around the museum and set up "Fort Cool Guy". (This is a bench with a few blankets draped around, and two bears standing on either side - Sergeant Bear and Corporal Other Bear.) Molly whips out a sewing kit and begins to make a bandana for Sergeant Bear, and Giovanni admits to knowing how to sew and having had made his own uniform. Once the pair makes a bandana and a scarf for both bears There, Giovanni convinces Molly to talk to him about her life when she accuses the Banzai Blasters of being a pyramid scheme. Molly explains that she only knows what those are because she runs a toy store.

She confesses that her mom died when she was 10 and that ever since then, her [[Lorelai Blyndeff|sister]] and [[Martin Blyndeff|father]] have been neglecting the family toy shop, leaving Molly to be the only responsible member of the family. Giovanni then calls Molly a pushover, stating that she can't keep letting people walk all over her. Molly gets dejected by this, and Giovanni says she needs to stand up for herself. When she jokingly retaliates with "no", he just laughs and says that she ''has'' to listen to him, because he's her boss.

Shortly after this, Sylvie shows up and challenges the duo to a fight, using his epithet to summon a snow-like pollen that is designed to put people to sleep. Molly realizes what it is after recalling her prior encounter with Sylvie; bumping into him and having that dust rub off on her, only to pass out almost instantly. Giovanni uses steam (his "Demon Energy Aura" move) to create an updraft and repel the pollen, then tells Molly that every 13 hits he gets in a critical hit. She asks if it's soup-related, and he states that it's just because he's awesome.

Giovanni then plots to land 12 more hits (he already had one "saved up" from hitting Mera in the [[Quiet in the Museum!|previous episode]]) on Sylvie, hoping that it will effectively get rid of him.

Sylvie unleashes a barrage of sheep using his Epithet, to which Giovanni responds with by throwing his Lava Grenade (hot tomato soup) at two sheep and landing two more hits then taking out his Soul Slugger Doom Bat of Maximum Destruction (referred to as his "Soul Crusher bat" at that moment) and dropping a gun in Molly's panicking hands before preparing to attack the sheep. The sheep bump into Giovanni and Molly - described as soft and cute - until they begin to nibble aggressively on the two. Giovanni gets a "13" on one of the sheep before Molly uses a special move of hers, "Hushabye", to simplify one of the sheep down into nothing. She explains that her sister has a summoning Epithet, so she's learned to use her own Epithet to dumb down summoned things, but admits to being unable to do it on them all.

Before Molly or Giovanni can do anything more however, a sheep flies at Molly's face to make her groggy, and Sylvie uses Nightmare Fuel to bring Molly's worst fear to life. She has pyrophobia, so fire begins to rage around them, bringing Molly to tears and causing her to hide her face in Giovanni's leg. Giovanni realizes how serious this is and tells Sylvie off before attempting to teleport (this is done by propelling himself into the air using his steam) both himself and Molly out of the fire, only managing to get as far as Fort Cool Guy; this is due to never having teleported with another person before.

Sylvie scoffs and uses Nightmare Fuel again, this time to bring Sergeant Bear and Corporal Other Bear to life and making them attack Molly and Giovanni. Molly gives Giovanni the idea of using his sewing kit; he misunderstands and suggests throwing the knitting needles into the bears' eyes, and Molly perplexedly tell him that she meant hitting Sylvie with a ball of yarn. Giovanni fills up his hits by batting Molly gently on the head with a ball of yarn (to which she remarks that she's used to being taken advantage of), then declares that "when it comes to baseball, [he] can't be beat!" and whips out his bat to whack the yarn, hitting Sylvie in the face with a critical hit. Sylvie declares that there's "no more Dr. Nice Guy" and uses his special attack, Dream Big.

He passes out.

Giovanni makes a snarky remark about how Sylvie's ultimate attack is passing out, and a panicked Molly tells Giovanni to look at Sylvie- or, who used to be Sylvie. Standing in the young doctor's place is [[Dr. Beefton]].

Molly is a timid young girl who finds it hard to stand up for herself until she meets [[Giovanni Potage]], who encourages and reinforces her to be more assertive and self-caring. For the majority of the time, she has a lack of confidence, which is likely the result of her home life, which involves her neglectful father, [[Martin Blyndeff|Martin]], and sister, [[Lorelai Blyndeff|Lorelai]], who place a large amount of responsibility on her shoulders without her permission.<ref name="EP2"/>

Molly also often takes night shifts in the toy store and often finds herself getting 5 hours of sleep a night. Therefore, in comparison with peers at her age, she is more haggard and unenthusiastic.

Nonetheless, after the museum incident, she seems to have grown a bit in terms of self-confidence and esteem. He uses her as a personal assistant and makes her do everything from watching his store at night to filing his taxes. He also unwittingly put Molly in danger by taking her phone to play games and completely forgetting about her when it was time to leave- leaving her trapped in the Sweet Jazz Museum overnight with no means of contacting him or anyone else who could help.

However, when he and [[Mera Salamin]] learn that Molly's epithet can dull pain, they both realize this is what they need to finally cure Mera of the effects caused by her own Epithet, which causes her to be in constant pain, and Indus apprehends Molly as soon as Mera orders him to, without hesitation. But Indus is a man of honor and he can't help but let Molly and Giovanni go after they "help" him and convince him he owes them. He still respects Molly, especially after seeing her willingness to protect Giovanni, and is friendly towards her all the time. He doesn't have any ill intent towards Molly and he might even feel some guilt over helping Mera take a little girl's [[Epithet]] away. However, the person Indus cares for most has been in constant pain the entire time he has known her, and seeing her in so much agony has likely caused him a great deal of pain as well. He knows how desperate she is to make it end and his determination to help her in any way he can outweighs everything else, even any moral conflicts he might feel.

Although intimidated by him at first, Molly quickly warms up to Giovanni after learning that he is not only harmless but secretly nice as well. They bond over their mutual interests and when Giovanni gets the hint something's troubling her, invites her to sit with him and talk about it. Molly hesitates for a moment but Giovanni's genuine kindness helps her open up and she tells him about how difficult things have become since her mother passed away and how she's had to fill the void her mother left behind. It becomes evident to Giovanni that Molly takes on almost all the responsibilities of running a household and a business because her father and sister are unwilling to take them on themselves.

That lights a fire in Giovanni and he gives her an empowering pep talk about how she's way too much of a pushover and that shouldn't let other people step on her. He reminds her that she's important too and encourages her to start standing up for herself. Giving Molly more confidence than she had before and from this moment, she knows she's found a true friend in Giovanni. Despite only knowing each other for a few hours, Molly and Giovanni are already growing close to one another. Giovanni is rapidly becoming an older brother figure to Molly and, despite being a villain, a positive role model as well. Before meeting Giovanni, Molly didn't really have anyone she could rely on but as soon as Giovanni learns this, he quickly steps up to become the person she needs.

Molly and Sylvester do not get off to a good start as he attacks her and Giovanni, thinking that they are trying to steal the [[Arsene Amulet]], which he is hoping to study. However, when they manage to defeat Sylvie and they get a chance to talk, Sylvie learns that he had been tricked and it was, in fact, Mera who was trying to steal the amulet and this leaves him open to persuasion. His reluctance to cooperate has Molly comparing him to the difficult customers she's dealt with and uses the same tactics she uses on them to persuade Sylvie. She's simply nice to him, in his case, offering to be his friend and this works, convincing him to team up with her and Giovanni temporarily. As they begin to work together, Molly learns that Sylvie is nicer than he seems, with him offering to help her professionally as soon as he learns she has a problem, leading to them beginning to form a genuine friendship.
